Hello, The idea is to collect feedback (if any) and pass back to the manufacturer. As with any production, you will always see some odd bad apples but what we are looking for is something that is noticed by majority. From my personal opinion on 2-piece ball, it definitely maintains shape and shine well compared to Gray's we played till last year. In fact, it's cheaper to play with one 2-piece Kooks than play with two of the Gray's balls considering costs. I have also seen the shine (if maintained well) last a whole lot longer. Ball also gets softer so spinners become key as the ball doesn't ping off the bat like Gray's and hence it is hard for batsmen to clear boundaries unless they really time it well.
